5. Orders and Contract Formation

6. Pricing

7. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of confirmation. Delivery is to addresses within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (including courier delays, adverse weather, or industrial action).
Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to your address or, if you have nominated a safe place or neighbour, when left there.
8. Consumer Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
As a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party you nominate) receive the goods, without giving any reason. Please note: the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been unsealed after delivery if they cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons. Slim Coffee Booster must be returned unopened and in its original packaging.
